No, we do not have a minimum number of services in order to book with us.
Send us an inquiry. Tell us what services you need, how many of each, the location and the ready by time and we will let you know if we have availability.
Booking information will be sent to you on your service quote. Once you have confirmed the information on your service quote and you have sent your non-refundable retainer, you will be booked with us.
We do not have any surprise or erroneous fees.
We do have a travel fee associated with traveling on site. That fee is determined by the location that we have to travel to. To get what that fee would be, please send us an inquiry and we will be happy to give that to you.
Absolutely. We have a couple of locations that you may come to. One is in Plainfield and the other one is in Oswego. Just let us know and we will make those arrangements for you.
Makeup trial are 1.5-2 hours long.
On your service quote you will be assigned your artist based on availability. Which ever of us is assigned is who will be there the day of your event.
We absolutely do not contract out our clients. When you book with us, you get us.
There are many factors that go into determining how many services each one of us is able to accommodate at an event. Those factors include the time we are able to access the getting ready space, the number of people who need services, and the time everyone needs to be ready. When we issue a service quote a day of schedule is given to see what the schedule would look like and how many of us we will need.
Never. We take so much pride in our work that we have never had to cancel on a client. We will be there no matter what. We would have to be in the hospital incapacitated for us not to be there for your big day!
Absolutely! We absolutely understand that not every artist is for everyone. It is super important to have an artist and a company that your vibe with and who can fully bring your vision to life. There is no bad blood at all with us. We do not have any cancelation fees. The only thing that is forfeited is the nonrefundable retainer. All you have to do is let us know.
Unless you have one that you absolutely love and must wear, no. We carry global skin tones in our makeup kits and can accommodate every shade of skin color there is, so you never have to worry sitting in our chairs- we got you!
Yes! We are highly experienced in working with deeper skin tones.
No way Jose! The only way to get rid of wrinkles is to get Botox and filler. If you need recommendations on where to go, we have reccomendations. However, our makeup brushes cannot get rid of them during your appointment with us.
Yes. They are a complementary part of your session.
During your session you can let your artist know that you would like to know if you would benefit from airbrushing. Your artist will assess your skin and make the determination on if it would benefit your skin type. Contrary to popular belief, Airbrushing is not for everybody.
Taking proper care of your skin! Come to your session with a clean, exfoliated and moisturized face. If you are a bride and have skin concerns, please consult with your artist and she will be able to make esthetician recommendations to you.
